Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-314
WHEREAS, a development bond has been on file with the Village of
Plymouth for certain street improvements relative to Bond 8432-12-9517-69
C.S. McCrossan Subdivision Bond, Plymouth Plaza Addition - $15,000.00. and
WHEREAS, this bond was issued in 1969 and the Village has been seal
coating, paving and generally maintaining said streets covered by said bond,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH, that said bond be released.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
i� duly seconded by Councilman Hunt . and upon vote being
i4 taken thereon, the following voted in favor ;hereof: Mayor Hilde. `.
II Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth The
following voted against or abstained: NOW
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
