` Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was

held on the 6th day of August. 1973. The f;,l i cw-

�! ing members were present: Mayor Hi Ide, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and
Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman
Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-313 S
WHEREAS, William D. Shaw, developer of Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition
il has completed the street construction for which a bond was provided to the
Village, and
WHEREAS, the developer has applied for bond reduction in the project, and

�! WHEREAS, The original bond was reduced from $3,800.00 to $800.00 by
i` Council action of February 2, 1973 (Res. 73-80), and

WHEREAS, the developer has .completed said street work for which the bond i
was submitted and said work is found to be acceptable by the Village Engineer,]
'+ and
j' WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has incurred certain engineering and
(1 administrative expenses relative to said street cpnstruction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the street construction on Saratoga Lane north of
32nd Avenue within the Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition is accepted and
�f further that the bond be reduced from $800.00 to $0 upon receipt of monies
to cover Village expenses incurred relative to said project.
11 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: liavor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
