` Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption: '
RESOLUTION NO. 73-312 {
WHEREAS, BelMar Builders has completed the construction and repair of i
!t the Fox Meadows Storm Sewer System in accordance with approved plans and
specifications prepared by McCombs -Knutson, Consulting Engineers,, and
WHEREAS, the Village has received a letter from McCombs -Knutson advising
M {! that they have inspected said work and certify that same was constructed in
!i accordance: with said approved plans and specifications, and I

i' WHEREAS, the Village Engineering Department has inspected said work and
i! restoration work associated with this project and find it acceptable, and; <;
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has incurred expenses for engineering,
�M administration and legal services relative to said project
�ji NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VhLLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Fox Meadows storm sewer is hereby accepted by
the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was.;
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
