Councilman Seibold lam, introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 73-309
WHEREAS, Ruth B. Harries. owner of Lot 4. Block 1, Klausman's Addition
except the west 90 feet as measured at right angles to the west line thereof,
has requested that the existing lot be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS,.the{Village has now determined that the subdivision of said lot
which contains less -than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes

of the Subdivision: Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal
to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE 'OF PLYMOUTHAS�FOLLONSc

1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4,
Minnesota Statutes•and Chapter VII of the Village,Code as related,.,

to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved
with respect to the following described parcels:
.PARCEL A
The East 105.00 feet of the West 195.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 1
"KLAUSMAN'S;ADDITION" as measured at right angles to the West
line thereof. Subject to easements or record, if any.
PARCELS
Lot 4, Block I "KLAUSMANIS ADDITION" except the West 195.00 feet
as measured, at right angles to the West line thereof. Subject to
easements of record, if.any.
The motion••fo* the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen
Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth _ The
