WHEREAS, Mrs. M.J. Gustafson, 2770 Larch Lane, was assessed for water
improvements by Levy 15331 for Lot 30, Block 1, Elmhurst Lakeview Addition,
Plat 44120, Parcel 7500, and

MHEREAS. said assessment was prepared on the basis of 43.5' of frontage

when the property has frontage of only 271,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAdEz OF PLYMOUTH that the water assessment levied against Plat 441201

Parcel 7500, by levy 15331, be reduced'S264.00 representing the deletion

of 16.5 assessable feet at S16/ft.

duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being
