VILLAGE Of PLY"0UT1
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 6th day of August 1972. The follow
V ing members were present: MAXqLHilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and
Spaeth The following memt rs were absent: Councilman
Neils.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-303
WHEREAS, -Al Kjorud has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a home I occupation architectural service to be operated in his home at 12400 - 12th
Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation
architectural service be hereby granted to Al Mjorud for a period of one
year.
i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was ;
j. duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
! Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
