Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-302
WHEREAS, Mrs. 011ie Peterson has appealed a decision of the Board of
Zoning Adjustment frith respect to a variance to Lot 4, Block 4 Skyline Hills
Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has recommended a 15 foot variance from
50 fact required setback,
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Mrs. 011ie Peterson for a 15 foot
variance from the required 50 foot yard variance for Lot 4, Block 4 Skyline
Hills Addition be and the same as hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda.
