Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:!
RESOLUTION NO. 73-293
WHEREAS, assessments for sanitary sewer and water lateral benefit were
levied against Plat 43724, Parcel 2580, by`;Levy #5096 and 5091, and

WHEREAS, said lands have subsequently developed in such a fashion as to

indicate to this Council that no lateral benefit was provided by the project
for which assessments were levied,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE, PLVNWTH that the sanitary sewer lateral. assessments levied .ageinst
Plat 43724, Parcel 2580, by Levy #5096 in the amount of SiZ,000.00 end the!
Nater lateral assessments. levied against Plat 43724, Parcel. 2580, bevy
05091 in the amount of $4,400.00 be and -,the same are hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was.
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and -Seibold -Thi.-

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
