WHEREAS, the Village and MBG have previously entered into agreements
dated August 21, 1970 and September 27, 1971, and
WHEREAS, conditions relating to the subject matter of said documents
have changed such that the -Village and MBG mutually feel and agree that both of
the aforeniditioned agreements should be amended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the supplementary agreement attached hereto as Exhibit
A, be hereby approved and the Village Manager be hereby authorized to sign
agreement on behalf of the Village.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman, Hunt, . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
H1de, Coundilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
