tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-290
WHEREAS. the Village of Plymouth requires certain assistance in various-,
tasks associated with its relocation assistance responsibilities, and
s
WHEREAS, the State Dep ant rtmeof Highways is prepared, from time to
time, to udnertake certain of said tasks upon the timely request of the
Village of Plymouth, '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PL'YMIUUIH that the Village Manager be authorized. to sign the

agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A -on behalf of the Village of Plymouth
The motionforthe adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being

taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
