Councilman Neil introduced the following Resolu
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-281
WHEREAS,.a Set Up License application has been submitted for approval in
accordance with Chapter IIL, Section 5. of the Village Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Set Up Licenseis hereby approved for Curtis E.
:Martin d/b/a. Apple Blossom Inn, 10710 South Shore Drive, for a period to ex-
p,Ire on June 30 1974.

taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayon
