WHEREAS, Mammoth Industries, 12120 County Road 6, has requested a con-
solidation of two existing parcels,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF'PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor-
rections based upon the Village policy when the consolidation is approved by
Hennepin -County.

from the west line thereof, thence southwesterly to the
southeasterly corner of Lot 3, thence southeasterly along
the southwesterly tine of Lot 2 to the northwesterly line
of the southeasterly 451.74 feet of said Lot 2, thence
northeasterly along said northwesterly line to the north
easterly line of said Lot 21, thence northwesterly and
westerly along the northeasterly and northerly line there
of to beginning, except spur track.
