Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolu
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-277
WHEREAS, Mammoth Industries has requested site plan approval for an
expansion of their facility under the provisions of the Plymouth Village
`Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the site plan as revised on 7-11-73 be hereby
approved subject to -the following conditons being met prior to the issuance
of a building permit:
1. That parking within the required front yard be considered non-
conf nd ng parking.
2. That one entrance from County Road 6 be closed.
3. That 269 spaces be acceptable although it is 53 spaces short of
the ordinance requirement but could be provided in the vacated
area to the north.
4. That adjoining Parcel 3627 be consolidated with Parcel 3610
to form one parcel.
6. That a revised site plan drawing befiled showing the portion of
Parcel 3627 required to be included in the revised site piin to
provide conformance to lot coverage regulations, area for additional
parking.to'be constructed and the area for future location of park-
ing to conform to ordinance regulations. Park dedication shall
apply to that portion of Parcel 3627 so required.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor -thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The.
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
