of the Vi.ilage Council of the Village of 'Plymouth, Minnesota,' was•
held on the 16th day of July , 1973. The follow
Ing ammbers were present. Nayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth
and Neils The following members were absent:
Councilman Seibold
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resole -
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-276
WHEREAS, Stanley Klink has requested the rearrangement of Lots 19 and 20,
Block 3, Elmhurst Gardens Addition, and
WHEREAS, this Council has approved that request by Resolution No. 73-•275,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
E: VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Clerk not issue a certified copy of
Resolution No. 73-275 to the County for filing purposes until such time as
drainage easements have been provided to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing. Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilman Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
fol -owing voted against or abstained: None
°Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
