RESOLUTION NO. 73-273
WliEREAS,•Lloyd Harding, owner of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. -333, '
has requested that the existing lot be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, the Village has now determined that the subdivision of .iald
lot which. contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the pur-
poes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a re-
fusal to permit such subdivision would create an.unnecessary hardship on such
owner,,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH iesfollows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.356,•Subdivision
4� Mionespts Statutes, and Chapter VII of the Village Code re-
lating to the division or consolidation ofplatted lots is hereby
approved with respect to the following described parcels: ,
PARCEL A
The east 101.0 feet of the South 216.3 feet of Lot 1, „Y
Auditor's Subdivision No. 333 and the adjacent vacated
street except the South 30 feet thereof, containing
0.59 acres.
PARCEL B
Lot I., Auditor's Subdivision No, 333, except the Not
V feet of the South 462.4 feet and except the fast 101.0
feet of'the'South 216.3 feet except the South 30 feet
thereof containing 9.25 acres.
2. The Village Clark is directed to prepare a certified copy of this
Resolution for recording purposes.
