Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the, Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 16th day of July, 1973., The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils
The following members were absent: Co"uncilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-264
WHEREAS, Thomas P. Adkinson, owner of Lot 12, Parker's Lakeside Acres,
on jehalf of himself, and the owner of Lot 13, Parker's Lakeside Acres, has
requested that the line between Lot 12 and 13 be relocated, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of
said lots which contain less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the
purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a
refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on
such owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.368, Subdivision 40`
Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of the Village Code as related
to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved
with respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL A
Lot 12, except that part thereof :lying Easterly of a line
drawn from a point on the North line of said Lot 12 distant
14 feet Westerly.`of the Northeast corner of said Lot 12, to
a point on the Southerly line of Lot 13, distant 14 feet
Easterly of the Southwest corner of said Lot 13; and that
part of said Lot 13 lying Westerly of said above described
line so drawn, all in Parkers Lakeside Acres.
PARCEL B
Lot 13, except that part thereof lying Westerly of a line
drawn from a point on the North line of Lot 12 distant 14
feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of said Lot 12, to a
point on the Southerly line of said Lot 13 distant W feet
Easterly of the Southwest corner of said Lot 13; and that
part of said Lot 12 lying Easterly of said above described
line'so-drawn, all in Parkers Lakeside Acres.
2. The Village Clerk is directed.to prepare a,certified copy of the
Resolution for recording purposes.,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon +,,)te being
1 taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on July 16, 1973, with,the original thereof on file
' in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
