held on`the 9thday of July, 1973. The follow-
ing-aembe,rs were present: Mayor HiTde., Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,

Seibold and Hells The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt, introduced the following Resole-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-260
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer's survey crew checked the _space under
the house at 2790 Evergreen Lane and it was indicated to them that this space
`
was not a full basement, and
WHEREAS,.the consulting engineer designed the sanitary sewer on Evergreen
Lane in front of 2790`Evergreen Lane on that basis, and
WHEREAS. tit, to the house was constructed below the sanitary
sewer tine after said 'sewer"was constructed.

NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL QF THE

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded .by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being.
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on July 9, 1973, with the original thereof on file in
my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
