tion and moved it°s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-257
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending June 25, 1973

was presented to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that payment of the list of disbursements for the follow-
ing funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $ 13,144.23
Construction Fund, 21,853.20`
-
Water Fund 1,019.71
Sewer Fund 19,936.88'
GRAND TOTAL OF ALL FUNDS E 55,954.02'`
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being,

taken thereon, the following voted, in favor thereof: Mayor
HiIde,'Coundilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
j following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
