Pursuan# to due ca11'and nonce-thereof, a regular meeting >`
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 2nd day of July 1973. The follow-
ing members were present.- Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
and Neils The following members were absents

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resotu-
tiara and moved its adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 73-249
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council has been requested to renew its
membership in{the League of Minnesota Municipalities and the Hennepin County
League of Municipalities, y=
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village renews its membership; with the League
-of Minnesota Municipalities for 1973-74 by payment of dues in the amount of
12,846.00 and membership with the Hennepin Count League of Municipalities
for 173-74by payment of dues in the amount of
1,668.75.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote-being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
following voted against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
