Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 2nd day of July, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The
following member was absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Spaeth =ntroduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-248
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PASSAGL AND
CONTENT OF CHAPTER 516, LAWS OF 1973
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Minnesota did enact Chapter
516, Laws of 1973, authorizing the Village of Plymouth to issue refunding at
maturity the principal amount of any of its temporary improvement bonds
issued during the years 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973, and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of said chapter requires that before such act can.
become effective it must be approved by the Village Council, of the Village.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. The Village Council does hereby approve the enactment of Chapter
516, Laws of 1973, authorizing the Village Council to refund
temporary improvement bonds for the purpose of paying and re-
funding at maturity the principal amount of any of its temporary
Improvement bonds issued during the years 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972"
and 1973.
2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the Secretary of State of the State of Minnesota a certified copy
of this resolution together with the appropriate certificate`
showing the approval of such Chapter 516 by the Village Counci..
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Council-
men Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against or ab-
stained; None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
