HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-240VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuar;t to,due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of July, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-240 **f WHEREAS, Paul McRoberts, on behalf of Jack L. Strobel, owner of Lot 5, Block 2, Gleanloch Addition, has requested that existing Lots 4 and 5. Block 2, Gleanloch Addition, be further subdivided, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of said tots which contain less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the. purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a. refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of the Village Code as related to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the following described parcels: PARCEL A That part of Lot 4, Block 2, Gleanloch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying Westerly of the following described line: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 4, thence southerly to a point in the south line of said Lot 4 distant 10 feet westerly from the southeast corner thereof and said line there terminating. PARCEL B Lot 5, and that part of Lot 4,,Block 2, Gleanloch Addition, according to -the recorded plat -thereof, lying easterly of the following described line: 'Beginning at the northeast corner, of said Lot 4, thence southerly to a point in the south line of said Lot 4 distant 10 feet westerly from the southeast corner thereof and said 'line there terminating. 2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of the Resolution for recording purposes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken there- in, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen aunt, Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: lone. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) 'OUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS.
