HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-23916 VILLAGE.OF PLYMOUw Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of July , 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-239 WHEREAS, William Porter has requested that Lot 2, Block 2, Hidden Lake Addition, be further subdivided, and WHEREAS, this Council has approved that request by Resolution No. 73-238, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Clerk not issue a certified copy of Resolution No. 73-238 to the County for filing purposes until such time as Mr. Porter has satisfied the park dedication policy of the Village by the payment of $150.00 to the Park Dedication Fund, and FURTHER that there are no water or sewer area type assessments due and payable on said parcels. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils _ _ The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Hunt Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
