HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-236t� s VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting i+ of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of July, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The I following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. i Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-236 •' WHEREAS, Mr. Richard 0. Nichols, President of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc., has requested the issuance of an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, and WHEREAS, Mr. Nichols has met the requirements of Chapter III, Section 4, of the Village Code concerning the issuance of said on sale liquor license, and WHEREAS, in accordance with the Village Code a public hearing was prop- erly noticed and held on July 2, 1973 concerning the issuance of an on sale liquor license to Mr. Richard 0. Nichols for Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of an On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Mr. Richard 0. Nichols, President of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc., for the purpose of selling intoxicating liquor at retail for consumption on the premises of the Cyrano's Restaurant located in the Fox Meadows Office Park effective July 2, 1973 to expire on January 31, 1974, subject to the development of the Cyrano's Restaurant in accordance with the site plan approved by the Village Council on June 18, 1973 and sub- ject further to the appropriate laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota, the ordinances and regulations of the Village of Plymouth, and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner of the State of Minnesota. i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun- cilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils.
