WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council on April 16. 1973 was re-
quested to create a new parcel from Lots 11 and 12, Block 4, Greentree
Forest Second Addition, and
WHEREAS, on May 21, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-185 the Plymouth
Village Council did approve the separation of a portion of the northwest
corner of Lot 11 and adding it to Lot'12 because of the locatiom of a pond
at the rear, of Lot -11 making„access to -that parcel mpossible.Without
crossing over Lot 12, and
WHEREAS. the Village Council indicated..its position that the
creation of a new tot through the further subdividing of either Lots 11.
or 12 would not,be,approved,
NOM, THEREFORE. BE'IT'HEREBY RESOLVED.BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that notWithstanding`the action takann.
