HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-231VILLAGE 'OF PLYMO�I ..�"" Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of June , 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-231 WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 8 Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $11,185.20 on Project No. 222. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following -voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
