HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-228YIIi'AGE -0F PLYMOU`l Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of June , 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: None Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-228 WHEREAS, at the time the Village received the Comprehensive Sewer Plan certain ini"o-oration the Village should have in order to work with developers in coordinating engineering through new plats was not included in the agreement for said plan with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, and WHEREAS, the Village Engineer feels the following information is necessary: 1. Invert elevation of points on'map in report (Figure 5) 2. Criteria used in setting elevations (basement depths. etc.) 3. Percent grades for each segment of system on map in report (Figure 5 4. Any cost estimates for the system NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager is directed to contract with onestroo, Rosene. Anderlik and Associates to supply the Village with the above utlined information, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said information furnished the Village hall be inclusive of the new study area.to the north in the event said northern oute is found to be feasible. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and _Seibold The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Neils Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
