Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 18th day of June , 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Selbold and Neils The following members were absent: None

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-226
WHEREAS, Gerald G. Larson. 12024 - 26th Avenue North, Plymouth, has
requested a consolidation of existing platted parcels within the Village of
Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that
the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County:
PLAT PARCEL LOT BLOCK ADDITION
44120 1100 11 1 Elmhurst Lakeview
44120 1200 12 1 Addition
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The
following AAAW AAAAAAAlAk abstained: Councilman Hunt
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
