HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-224W VILLAGE OF PLYMOIW Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of June , 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None a** Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-224 WHEREAS, the developers of Chelsea Woods, Ban Con, Inc., have requested approval of revisions to the General Development Plan and Preliminary Plat approved by the Village Council on July 19, 1971, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said revisions, NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the proposed revisions to the approved General De- velopment Plan and Preliminary Plat shown on Exhibits A and B dated May 31. 1973 attached hereto be hereby approved subject to the total number of units in the Chelsea Woods Development not exceed 324. (106 detached, 113 town- houses. 105 condominiums) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following J$gOo AdA$AAx At abstained: Councilman Hunt Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. art tra a** STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
