HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-222• VILLAGE OF PLYMOI ' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of June , 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-222 WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company has requested that a Conditional Use Permit be granted for a proposed data processing center and administrative office complex under the provisions of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit be granted to Northwestern Bell Telephone Company for a proposed data processing center and administra- tive office under Section 15, Subdivision 3, Paragraph 3 of the Zoning Ordi- nance based upon the General Development Plan submitted by Northwestern Bell Telephone Company (Exhibit A-406, dated 6-6-73). The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following -voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Seibold Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
