Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting I
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 18th day of June , 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-221
WHEREAS, Belmer Builders and Richard Nichols have requested site plan
approval for a restaurant to be located at the northwest corner of Trunk Highway
55 and Fernbrook Lane within a Planned Business Development approved by Plymouth
Village on June 18. 1973 under the provisions of the Plymouth Village zoning
ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said reqs.
and does recommend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the site plan for the proposed Cyrano's restaurant be approved
subject to the following conditions:
1. Site development conform to the approved Planned Business Development
based upon the 6-6-73 General Development Pian.
2. A performance bond for landscaping and drainage improvements be placed
with the Village prior to building permit approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth, Seibold_ and Neils_ The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on June 18 , 1973, with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
