HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-220VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting lof the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ;held on the 18th day of June, 1973.' Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-220 WHEREAS, Belmar Builders, Inc., owner, has requested that existing Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition, be further subdivided, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of said lots which contain less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows: 1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of the Village Code as re- lated to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the following described parcels: PARCEL A The North 137.5 feet of Lot 1, and the North 137.5 feet of the East 50 feet of Lot 3, all in Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition. PARCEL B Lot 1, except the North 137.5 feet thereof, all of Lot 2, and that part of the East 50 feet of Lot 3 lying South of a line parallel with and 137.5 feet South of the Westerly extension of the North line of said Lot 1 and that part of the West 44 feet of the East 94 feet of said Lot 3 lying South of a line parallel with and 201.5 feet South of the Westerly extension of the North line of said Lot 1, all in Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition. PARCEL C Lot 3, Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition, except the East 50 feet thereof and except that part of the West 44 feet of the East 94 feet of said lot lying South of a line parallel with and 201.5 feet South of the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 1, said Block and Addition. 2. The Village staff is directed to insure that tip appmpriate driveway easement is conveyed to Parcel B which wild pel t Parcel B to have access co Harbor Lane over Parcel C. 3. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified of this i this Resolution for recording purposes.
