Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 18th day of June , 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth.
Seibold and Neils . The following members were absent: None

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-216
WHEREAS, Bruce Hubbard, representing Minnesota Mini Storage, has
requested site plan approval for property located at 1015 North County Road
18 to construct five warehouse buildings for rental to the general public,
and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission did review said
request on April 18, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request for a site approval by Bruce Hubbard
to construct five warehouse structures on property located at 1015 North County
Road 18 be approved subject to the following conditions being met prior to a
building permit being issued:
1. Drainage plans be approved by the Village Engineer prior to
issuance of a building permit;
2. Allowance for more than one industrial type building on a
single lot is hereby granted;
3. That petitioner's proposed sign design be.submitted to staff
for their approval prior to issuance of a building permit;
4. That fire hydrants be placed, as directed by the Village Fire
Chief, to serve the site.
5. That performance assurances in the form of surety bond or de.
posit be required to insure completion of landscaping plans as
approved by the Village Planner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly _seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
