WHEREAS, John Gullickson, developer of Seven Ponds Addition, has
completed the construction for which bonds were provided to the Village, and
WHEREAS, the developer has applied for bond reduction on this
project, and
WHEREAS, said work has been satisfactorily completed and is hereby
accepted by the Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Bond No. 4008X5355 for the Seven Ponds Addition is
hereby released by the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold end upon vote being
taken thereon, the following-voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilda. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
