Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 4th day of June , 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-202
WHEREAS, the Village Council on March 19, 1973 did by Resolution 73-144
approve of the site plan for Minnesota Exteriors, Incorporated, on Outlot B,
Snyder's Pine Ridge Addition, and
WHEREAS, Martin Bennis, President of Minnesota Exteriors. Inc. has re-
quested Village approval of a revised site plan, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
revised site plan and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request for a revised site plan approval for
Minnesota Exteriors, Inc., (Exhibit A) be approved subject to the conditions
set forth in Resolution 73-114 and further subject to any additional fire
lanes which the Fire Chief might require.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils . The
following voted against or abstained: Mayor Hilde absent
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on June 4 , 1973, with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
