RESOLUTION NO. 73-193
WHEREAS, the Development Contract between the Village and Dreyfus
Interstate Development Corporation for Amber Woods (A-379) provides for the
developer acceptingwater and sanitary sewer area assessments, and
.
WHEREAS, said Development Contract was executed on March 19 1973, and
WHEREAS, said developer has waived in writing his right to a special
assessment hearing with respect to the levying of these assessments, and
WHEREAS, the developer has further indicated,his.e9retment to fully,
pay these area type.. assessments at the,tiliie the propert----1 s sold, -

formalize the developers agreement to fully pay the area type assessmertf on
each lot as it "is sold within the Amber Woods Development.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by councilman baits* . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Msynr
Hilda. Councilmen Hynt. Spaeth and Neils The
fallowing Voted against or abstained: None
