tion and moved its adoption: '
RESOLUTION NO. 73-174
WHEREAS, Parcels 5530 and 5535 of Plat 43734 were improperly assessed
by Levy #5602, and
WHEREAS, the Council has received a report indicating the correct
assessment of these parcels,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PRMOUTH that the water area assessments levied bj Levy #!5602 by-
the
ythe same are revised as follows:
Plat 43734, Parcel 5530, from $2,498.50 to $2,391.79
Plat 43134, Parcel 5535, from $5,401.87 to $3,360.08
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seiboid and upon vote being'
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilda. Councilmen,Hunt.`Soaeth. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
