11 RESOLUTION NO. 73-172
WHEREAS, Dorothy Krekelberg has requested a consolidation of exist-
ing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidations be approved:
PARCEL 1
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Morrison's Lakeview Addition. Hennepin
County, Minnesota. Subject to easements of record, if any.
PARCEL 2
Lots Mand 16, Morrison's Lakeview Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota. Subject to easements of record, if any.
PARCEL 3
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6r 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Morrison's Lakeview
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to assents of
record, if any.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hiide Councilmen Hunt., Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
,following votedagainst or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
