RESOLUTION NO. 73-166
WHEREAS, Harry F. Johnson, 2505 Nathan Lane, Minneapolis, has requested
a consolidation of existing platted parcels within the Village of Plymouth, _
NOW, THEREFORE, 6E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor-
rections -based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Ssib'old , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following -voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilda, Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
IWhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
