Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 7th day of May, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-165
A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF SECTION
462.358, SUBDIVISION 4, MINNESOTA STATUTES AND
SECTION 9.02 OF CHAPTER VII OF THE VILLAGE CODE
RELATIVE TO CONVEYANCES BY METES AND BOUNDS OF
PARCELS OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN FIVE ACRES
WHEREAS, Paul E. Kroehnert, who owns land in Section 24 of the Village
,of Plymouth, has requested a subdivision variance, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of
said land would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would
create an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.368, Subdivision 4,
Minnesota Statutes, and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the Village
Code relating to conveyances by metes and bounds of parcels of land
containing an area of less than five (5) acres is hereby waived with
respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL A
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 24. Township 118N. Range
22W. Hennepin County, Minnesota; commencing on the west side of
said Government Lot 1, a distance of 416 feet south of the north-
west corner thereof; thence east parallel with the north line a
distance of 416 feet; thence south parallel with the west line a
distance of 92 feet; thence west parallel with the north line to
the west line; thence north along the west line to point of be-
ginning.
PARCEL B
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 24, Township 118N, Range
22W, Hennepin County, Minnesota; commencing on the west side of
said Government Lot 1, a distance of 508 feet south of the north-
west corner thereof; thence east parallel with the north line a
distance of 416 feet; thence south parallel with the west line a
distance of 117 feet; thence west parallel with the north line to
the west line; thence north along west line to point of beginning.

2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this
Resolution for recording purposes.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,

Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declar-
ed duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of *he minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said'Viilage held on May 7. 1973 with the original thereof on file in my
office, and the same 1s a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
