WHEREAS, the Williams Woods addition provides for only three residential .
home sites with no expansion provided for,
,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
?' VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Development Contract for Williams Woods be;amend
ed to reflect a reduction in the street width for Kimberly Lane from 32 feet
to 20 feet terminating in a "T" turn -around as approved ;by the Village Engineer;
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Nails , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Nave_
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.`Soaeth. Saibold and Nails The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
