ing members were present-,Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth,
Selbold'and Neils The following members were absent: None-
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-159(B)
WHEREAS, the Councilapproved the division of Lot 1, Lake Park Acres
into two Lots by Resolution No. 73-159(A) adopted April 23, 1973, and

WHEREAS, this Council is presently considering a sanitary sewer iw
provement project which would benefit said parcel,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Resolution No. 73-159(A) authorizing the division of
Lot 1, Lake Park Acres, into two lots as requested by Orpha Kranz not be filed
with the County Auditor until such time as the Council has acted on ordering
the proposed.sanitary sewer improvement project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Sooeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
H11de. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Meits The
follow-ing,voted against or abstained;: None .'
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
