tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-157
WHEREAS, Northern Holding Company, 10700 Highway 55, has appealed the
decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment which denied on April 10, 1973 a
requested setback variance for an identification sign, and
WHEREAS, the Village staff and petitioner have worked out an acceptable
location of the proposed sign, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that the requirements of Section 19,
Subdivision 2,,,Paragraph 3 of the Village Zoning Ordinance have been met,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE'CO(*IL OF"THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a setback variance of 28 feet be ,granted to. Northern
Holding Company for the location of an identification sign in front of their
55'West Building, not to exceed 20 feet in height -and the face of the sign
not to exceed 8 feet by 10 feet.
