tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-155
WHEREAS, a Gasoline Service Station License renewal fair Plymouth Oil
Company has been presented to the Council for approval,
"NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Gasoline Service Station License renewal for
Plymou0 011 Company, 3515 County Road 18, is hereby approved for a period
of nine months commencing April 16, 1973 and expiring December 31, 1973.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following -voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained None .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed and adopted.
