HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-150A VILLAGE OF PLYMON Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on he 16th day of April , 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils , The following members were absent: None Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-150 WHEREAS, Peter Kuchman, 1447 Evergreen Lane, has requested the consoli- dation of existing platted parcels within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon Village policy when the -consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: PLAT PARCEL 44660 3800 44060 4000 LOT BLOCK 9 2 10 2 ADDITION Elmhurst Gateway Addition The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow.ing-voted in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils . The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
