HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-149Pursuant to 'due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Vi11'age Council of theVillageof Plymouth, Minnesota, was` held on the 16th day of April 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-149 WHEREAS, William H. Williams, the Developer of "WILLIAMS WOODS" has requested setback variances for Lot 3, Block 1, "WILLIAMS WOODS", and WHEREAS,, this Council finds that the variances are warranted due to the Physical conditions and restraints of the lot in question, NOW 'THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a setback variance of 35 'feet be granted for the south side of Lot 3, Block 1, "WILLIAMS WOODS" and that a 10 foot variance 'be granted on the north side of Lot 3, Block _1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neits The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
