Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 16th day of April , 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth.
Seibold and Neils . The following members were absent: None

RESOLUTION NO. 73-148
WHEREAS, William H. Williams, the developer, has requested approval of
the Development Contract and Final Plat for the proposed "WILLIAMS WOODS"
under the provisions of the Village Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regu-
lations, and
WHEREAS, on February 20.1973, by Resolution No. 73-68, the Preliminary
Plat of "WILLIAMS WOODS" was approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Development Contract (Exhibit A-375) and Final
Plat (Exhibit B-375) for "WILLIAMS WOODS" be approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to
execute on behalf of the Village of Plymouth all necessary documents.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote teing
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils . The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

file in my office, and the same Is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
