Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 16th day of April , 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-146
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a
further division of Plat 44680, Parcel 8220, the West 300 feet of Lots 13 and
14, Block 3, Wilshire Gardens,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said division
shall not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met:
1. That $300 be paid to the Village as the required park donation
for the two new lots to be created;
2. That the water and sewer REC charges for the two additional lots
to be created shall be paid to the Village at the time building
permits are issued;
3. That lateral assessments as appropriate be applied as additional
charges under the rules that would have pertained under the
improvement had the 'lots been divided as proposed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on April 16 , 1973, with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the sameis a T_, true and complete transcript there-
from.
