HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-1454 r� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular..meeti.n�g of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on'tlt 16th` day of April 1973. The follow- ing, members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None Cou gilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-145 WHEREAS, the Village Council by Resolution No. 72-42, adopted January 17, 1972, did adopt standards and guidelines for determining that portion of land being platted, subdivided or developed which is to be conveyed or dedicated` =' to"the public for park purposes, and. WHEREAS, the Council has determined that additional guidelines should be established, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE :VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Resolution No. 72-42.be and the ;same is hereby"amended as follows:' 4.' In those cases where "it is determined' that a cash­tontribution 3 shall -be in lieu of Oak* land 'dedication,_ it"shalt"be .made understood that cash contributions not to exceed a"maximum of _. �150`per dwelling unit shall be deemed to meet the requirements of this policy. In conjunction w1'tiv Section 7.06, Chapter VII of the Village Cade. ti The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunter Seiboldr and .Neils The following voted.against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
