Pursuant to 4ue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of .he Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 2nd day of April , 1973. The follow -

present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
. The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-143
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements were presented to the Village Council
for approval for the period ending March 23, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that payment of the list of disbursements for the follow-
ing funds is hereby approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund
Construction Fund
Water Fund
Sewer Fund
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund
GRAND TOTAL OF ALL FUNDS
$24,839.49
23,879.86
3,660.22
2,138.89
31,398.14
$85,916.60
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils . The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I,'the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
