tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-140
WHEREASRequest for Payment No. 13 has been prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosen, Anderiik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is authorized to make payment to Jerome
Begin Contracting Company on Request for Payment No. 13 in the amount of
11,811.88 on Project No. 227 - Jonquil Lane Street Improvement Project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly :seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following -voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
'Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
